We provide a full range of custom paper packaging for cannabis pre-rolls, including pop-top plastic tubes, child resistant glass tubes for single pack. And rigid drawer boxes, flip-top and slide boxes, display boxes for multi-pack sets. All structures can be tailored to your cone size, count, and brand style.
2. Can you make child-resistant pre-roll boxes?
Yes. We can engineer custom pre-roll boxes with child-resistant (CR) features, such as child-resistant glass tube, plastic tubes and lock-in rigid boxes.
3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom pre-roll packaging?
For glass tubes or plastic tubes, the standard MOQ starts from around 10,000 units. For custom printed pre-roll boxes or bags, the standard MOQ starts from around 1,000 units per design.
4. Can you customize the size and layout for different cone types?
Absolutely. We can customize:

5. Do you offer design support for pre-roll packaging?
Yes. If you already have a designer, we will provide you dielines. If you need help, our designer support can assist with basic layout, logo placement, text hierarchy and finishes, making sure your packaging looks professional and is production-ready.
6. Do you supply unbranded or white-label pre-roll packaging?
Yes! For plastic tubes or glass tubes we offer unbraned packaging; For rigid boxes, we can supply plain or lightly branded boxes in common sizes for clients who need faster lead times or flexible use across multiple strains. You can later add your own labels or stickers.
7. What are your typical lead times for samples and mass production?
Digital / blank samples: usually 3–7 days after confirming structure
Printed production order: generally 12–20 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and finishes
